Eligibility Criteria for Return / Replacement

Your purchase is eligible for replacement within 5 days of delivery, only if it meets the following conditions:

Incorrect Product

If an incorrect product is delivered, meaning:

• The product does not match the description on the website, or

• A wrong item was delivered.

Manufacturing Defect

If the product received has a defect originating from manufacturing.

Reporting Time

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement

A parcel unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory for security and transparency purposes.
(All customers are reminded by the company at the time of shipment to record an unboxing video.)
